SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Aevra. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within this window, though occasional delays can happen during peak periods or due to carrier conditions outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
- A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $75, calculated at checkout

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after you receive it.

DELAYS
While we work hard to deliver on time, some factors (customs, weather, carrier delays, high-volume seasons) are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to us at shopaevra@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so accuracy helps everyone.
